Let your preoccupation with heaven guide your earthly behavior.
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. When Christ who is your life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory. (Colossians 1:1-4)
Last night in One28, Chas reminded the group of this biblical principle: “I live by faith; soon I’ll live by sight.”
God loves me immensely because He sees me through the lens of Christ.
Do I wake up every morning intentionally planning to live with a heavenly mindset? Is my deepest desire to please myself? Or is it to please the One who died for me?
