Astonished by the Bible

Have you ever wanted to hear from God? Wise counsel from the Creator & Savior would sure be nice during the tough times. Well, He has spoken to you. And He wrote His Word down in a Book. Men and women died so that we could understand it in our native language. The Bible contains “everything we’ll ever need for life and godliness” (2 Peter 1:3; my paraphrase and emphasis). He loves, He looks, He touches us, WE LIVE. O that poor sinners would go to Jesus, believing in the power of His blessed substitutionary work, and they would soon learn the power of His gracious touch. Have you ever had one of those days where you start your day by reading a powerful verse, share it on your social media channels, go about daily business, and then finish your day realizing that verse was meant for you?
