I started my running career while in college. My primary motivations were to stay healthy, lose weight, and find my own individual sport. If you asked me then if I wanted to run a marathon, I would’ve just laughed. running 3 – polite bikes & Kellerites

I’m still developing my running career. I know I’m newish to the scene, but I had high expectations of the social aspect of the sport. I thought the whole “be polite, smile, and/or wave” thing was common courtesy. I’m naïve. It’s been a struggle to get a living response from the zombie bikers & runners…but perseverance has paid off for the most part. I’m starting to recognize the regulars. And they’re remembering me.
